Privacy Policy

Clevorr

Effective date: August 28, 2025
Applies to: Clevorr mobile apps, website, and connected services in the United States.

Clevorr is designed to be authentic in presence, caring in tone, and capable in action—and that begins with privacy. We collect the minimum we need, keep sensitive data on your device by default, and give you clear control.

1) Who we are

(“Clevorr ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a personal AI companion designed to help with daily life—scheduling, errands, communication, wellness, and more—through our iOS and Android apps and website (the “Services”).
Contact: clevorrai@gmail.com

2) What this policy covers

This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, where it’s stored, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you have under U.S. law (including California’s CPRA).

3) The information we process

A. You provide directly

  • Account info: name/alias, email, password or SSO identifier.

  • Profile & preferences: tone/style settings, avatar choices, notification settings.

  • Content: messages with Clevorr , tasks, lists, notes, reminders, and files you upload.

  • Connected data (opt-in): calendars, contacts, email metadata, shopping lists, etc.

  • Support: messages you send to support, feedback forms, surveys.

B. From your device (with permission)

  • Device & app data: OS, app version, language, time zone.

  • Usage signals: feature use, performance and crash logs (de-identified where possible).

  • Approximate location (when you enable it for time/commute/errand features).

  • Notifications & mic/camera access only when you turn them on in system settings.

C. From partners you choose to connect

  • Order & delivery integrations (e.g., Uber Eats, Instacart, DoorDash, Amazon): we exchange only the data needed to fulfil your request (items, delivery address you provide, status/ETA).

  • Auth & payments: Apple/Google sign-in tokens; App Store/Play billing identifiers. We do not receive your full payment card details.

We do not collect data that you don’t explicitly provide or permit.

4) On-device by default

Clevorr is privacy-first. By default, your conversations, preferences, and memory items are stored on your device. We use end-to-end encryption for eligible personal data synced between your devices when you turn sync on. Some metadata (e.g., subscription status, basic diagnostics) may be stored in the cloud to operate the Service.

5) Why we use your information

  • Provide the Service: understand your requests, set reminders, draft messages, place orders you approve, track deliveries.

  • Personalize with care: mirror your tone/style, offer right-time nudges, and suggest routines you can accept or ignore.

  • Integrations: connect with partners you authorize to execute tasks.

  • Security & integrity: protect accounts, detect abuse/fraud, ensure reliable operation.

  • Support & improvement: respond to issues, measure performance, and improve features (using aggregated and/or de-identified signals wherever possible).

  • Legal compliance: meet our obligations and enforce our Terms.

6) Model training & analytics

  • No default training on your personal content. By default, your private conversations and memory entries are not used to train our foundation models.

  • Quality signals: We may use aggregated, de-identified telemetry (e.g., feature counts, crash rates) to improve reliability.

  • Opt-in programs: If we ever invite you to share labelled data for quality, it will be clearly explained and optional, with revocable consent.

7) How sharing works

We don’t sell your personal information and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

We share only in these cases:

  • At your direction: When you connect a partner (e.g., delivery) or ask Clevorr to send messages, we share only the minimum needed to complete the action.

  • Service providers (processors): Cloud hosting, secure telemetry, customer support tools—bound by contracts to use data only to provide services to us.

  • Legal & safety: If required by law or to protect users, our Services, or others.

  • Business transfers: If we undergo a merger or acquisition, we’ll notify you and your choices will carry forward where possible.

8) Transparent control: your privacy tools

  • Memory Dashboard: See, edit, or delete what Clevorr remembers about you.

  • Actions Log: Review what Clevorr did on your behalf and when.

  • Consent-First Actions: Clevorr acts only after your approval (or your pre-approved Play™).

  • Adaptive Privacy Modes: “Public” (minimal context) ↔ “Home” (personalized).

  • Data export & deletion: Request export or deletion via the app or email clevorrai@gmail.com

  • Permissions: Turn access (location, contacts, calendar, mic, camera, notifications) on/off anytime in device settings.

9) Data retention

We keep data only as long as necessary to deliver the Service, comply with law, or resolve disputes. You can delete most content immediately from the Memory Dashboard. Backups and logs are purged on rolling schedules (typical windows: 7–90 days). When deletion is requested, we also instruct processors to delete data from active systems and future backups within a reasonable period.

10) Security

We use technical and organizational measures: encryption in transit and at rest, end-to-end encryption for eligible synced personal data, access controls, and regular audits. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information continuously.

11) Cookies & website data

Our website may use strictly necessary cookies (site operation), functional cookies (preferences), and limited analytics (performance). You can control cookies via your browser. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

12) Children & teens

Aurra is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact clevorrai@gmail.com for deletion.
For teens 13–16 in California, we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. If our practices change, we will first obtain an opt-in from the teen user.

13) Your rights (California CPRA and other U.S. state laws)

Depending on your state, you may have the right to:

  • Know/access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected.

  • Delete personal information.

  • Correct inaccurate personal information.

  • Opt-out of sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share for cross-context ads).

  • Limit use of sensitive information (we minimize by default).

  • Data portability.

How to exercise: Use the in-app Memory Dashboard, or email clevorrai@gmail.com. We’ll verify your request and respond within the required timeframes. You can use an authorized agent with proper authorization.

14) International use

Clevorr currently launches in the United States. If you access from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S. and other locations where we or our processors operate. We apply consistent protections regardless of location.

15) Third-party links and sites

Our Services may link to third-party sites/apps. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Review them before sharing data.

16) Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Aurra evolves. If changes are material, we’ll notify you in-app or by email and update the effective date. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
